Here is what you get at Success By Referrals

  • Weekly networking meetings every Wednesday with designated networking time, weekly speaker and more!
  • Weekly reminders in advance of meetings with location, speakers, topics,  future speakers and upcoming events.
  • Summations of meeting including upcoming networking opportunities outside of SBR and other events brought to our attention by SBR members.
  • Provide refreshments at weekly in-person meetings.
  • Organize and track the speaker schedule so that all members have the opportunity to present at least twice a year.
  • Quarterly happy hours or coffee meetings

Member Committment:

As a member of SBR, I understand that my membership is a significant responsibility and as such, I promise:

1. To support the mission and goals of the organization as stated above

2. To prioritize & protect the scheduled time of each Wednesday from 8:30am-10am and attend, in person according to the groups attendance policy

3. I understand if I miss more meetings than allowed within the groups attendance policy, SBR leadership may open my category for a new member to replace me.

4. I may send a substitute in my place. This could be a team member, colleague or a personal friend. In such an instance it would not count towards an unexcused absence but will count as a half-miss.

5. I will make an intentional effort to meet with at least 1 member per month outside normal meetings to further my understanding of their businesses, such as lunch, coffee, etc.

6. To provide at least one introduction or referral to another member every month.

7. To come prepared to meetings to present information on my business, best practices in my industry, and/or share local events or networking opportunities.

8. To actively promote SBR and its members on my personal social media accounts and at in-person networking events when appropriate.

9. To pay my annual dues ($660) in a timely manner. (Dues are put toward member recruitment efforts, our room fees, group events, and the creation of marketing/recruitment materials to promote our club.)
